I picked up my car on March 31. The line was pretty long. Once I got to the counter the man (formerly from Hawaii) struck up a conversation with us. His demeanor changed when we declined all additional coverages. When we got downstairs to get our car, we found that it was also given to someone else. So we had to stand in line again. Customer service was bad and we will rent elsewhere in the future.
We were told that the gas stations near the airport are over $3/gallon (not!) and if we didn't bring it back with a full tank and the receipt from a station within 5 miles we would be charged $9/gal.
