  • I was paying for an item and remembered literally 15 seconds after the transaction was completed that I had brought a coupon with me. They wouldn't honor the coupon because it was against their policy to use coupons on purchases retroactively. It was my mistake but it seemed a little miserly. I'm disappointed with the customer service and I won't be coming back.
