  • They ran out of large coffee cups during the morning rush! The girl working the payout area offered me 2 mediums to offset the issue as she did for other guests with the same issue. It was nice to be able to try 2 different flavors of their coffee however it then took an extra almost 10 minutes to payout so I could just get out of the store when there were a lot of people working behind the counter. I just didn't understand why when there were so many people working why they couldn't have allowed the girl at the payout to simply focus on her counter area and the customers instead of restocking things she was being told to do so. She gets 5 stars for her efforts because she was doing so much per instruction
