  • I have been bringing my long-haired cat to the groomer here for about 3 years and she was OK, most of the time. The last time, she didn't shampoo him or anything, except for a nail trim and I paid $75 for that. The Groomer had left and someone else transferred him to my carrier and I didn't look at him until we were home. Being a disabled and low-income person, I was angry and vowed never to go back to VCA. Since I no longer had a car, it was not efficient anyway an now I have a mobile groomer come, and I am looking into a mobile vet that i have heard about.
