UPDATE: After I published my initial review, I received a call within an hour letting me know that my work had been scheduled for the next morning.
A worker showed up an hour earlier to get started, and completed the work satisfactorily. In fact, he did a fine job. While he was there, Nate showed up and introduced himself as a marketing manager for the company. He listened attentively as I gave him a friendly but honest account of my experience with Ganser. He noted that they were working to improve their customer service - even having removed some people from positions that met with the public.
My experiences with the workers who showed up to examine my roof and provide estimates and do the work were friendly and fine. I emphasized their need to be communicative with customers and I felt my feedback was heard and responded to.
I've updated to 4 stars because of that responsiveness, and the final quality of work performed, which was fine. I only wish the timeline had been shorter.
