  • This place is a joke! You are not allowed to be with your loved one while they wait to go into surgery, or while they recover. They say the reason is because of other patients waiting. Their waiting area is the same as an emergency room or any other outpatient surgery center. They all allow a loved one to have someone wait with them. You basically drop off at the door and pick them up at their discharge door. They are under staffed it seems and take forever getting a patient processed and ready to go. If I had been the patient today, I'd have walked out and found another facility. A facility that has a caring staff.
