  • This will be my last donation to Salvation Army. I had two large breakable platters and was concerned that they might get broken so brought them in the front door. The lady was very rude, said I wasn't supposed to bring them there and just put them in the cart. I explained they were breakable and she repeated, just put them in the cart. Not even any thanks for the donation. Acted like I was really a bother. I realize this organization does help people but they need to improve their people skills.
