  • Very bad customer service. I called to get my annual exam and also get my eye inspected for a mild redness. The woman on the phone impatiently asked me if it was for the annual or a medical check up, I told her I wanted both and she insisted I chose one. I told her I would do two appointments if necessary and then she finally agreed. Afterwards she begins asking me all my personal information and I ask her if I can give her the more sensible information before my appointment (I offered to be there earlier too) which she refused. I told her to cancel my appointment request and ended the call. I was polite through the whole conversation and see this as very hostile towards potential patients and also very unpolite and insensitive customer service. I'm never going to try calling this place again.
