  • I called a few places for a chimney sweep and it seems that very few are on the BBB....as well as having an A rating. At Arizona chimney and air ducts, Becky answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment within a few days. Sean was my tech and was very knowledgeable and respectful, and did a fantastic job on my chimney cleaning. He called ahead and was promptly there at the scheduled time. I thought I needed some cracks filled and he stated that it was only chipped paint. He was honest and I appreciated that. It seems there were two types of spark arrestors and they took care of getting the correct one that I needed. They didn't hesitate to make it right.
