  • Went looking for two new mattresses as the ones we had were over 10 years old. \ Went first by myself to get a look around. Met John who talked me through the various types of support, pillow tops versus non-pillow top and the likes. He knew his stuff! Went back later that day with my daughter - who the second mattress was for. We met up with John again and he had the same conversations with my daughter, until she came to a decision on what she wanted. Bought two mattresses, box spring and the mattress protectors and he gave us a great deal! Unfortunately, sales were high (Labor Day weekend) and our delivery was delayed by two days. But John called us several times to let us know the status of when the delivery would happen. The delivery guys were great - in with the new, out with the old - in less than 20 minutes! I am extremely satisfied with the purchase process, John and the company as a whole!
