I would give no stars if possible. I took my Prius in after a recall notice, the were down. Well thats not there fault so I waited and they worked on my car. When they finished I received my car back with the interior panels dirty and damaged. I asked to talk to a manager who claimed that they could not have caused damage. I told them to check cameras that damage appeared to have been caused by someone applying a lot of pressure to door panel and the pressure applied and damage is where the dirt and oil are. The manager proceeded to clean off door panel and I told him it would not fix the damage to the panels. He refused to look at security footage and calling customer complaint led to someone taking my name and never receiving a call back. Do not go to Metro Toyota if you do and your car is damaged you can't say you were not warned. I would be leary about buying a Toyota in general since Toyota Headquaters does not appear to care about its customers.
