  • Dr Kang is the only reason I am giving the place 4 stars! I have had knee problems off and on for a few years. I had my ACL replaced about 9 years ago from a different doctor and had the same knee scoped about 4 years ago with the minuscus cleaned up by a different doctor. Both times I left surgery on crutches and was in pain for a few days following. Fast forward to August... I went in with familiar knee pain. The wait in the waiting room and in the exam room was long. Finally saw Dr Kang and he sent me for an MRI and recommended a Don Joy brace. Went in for my follow up with the MRI in hand and waited in the waiting room for over an hour! There is NO reason a person should be sitting waiting that long! Waited in the exam room for another 10-15 minutes. Finally a guy came in ( fellow? Or intern?), spoke with me and sent Dr Kang in. After looking at the MRI, surgery was recommended. A few days later I get an email with an update to my online chart. I noticed a few discrepancies and called the office. I was told they would call back and never did. Then I called requesting a copy of my radiology report and explained that I was starting to doubt the practice since things were on my chart that did not happen AND no one was fixing my chart to be correct. I was told they didn't have the radiology report. Fast forward to the week of surgery. I was called 3x to tell me I have to pay my % that won't be covered by Insurance. I said I would pay when I came in for pre-op papers etc. I also asked if they could tell me when my pre-op appointment was because it wasn't showing up on my online chart. I was told they didn't know but would have someone call. No call came in. Finally I found it AND noticed that it said I was to have had to PT exam the day before which I obviously knew nothing about and when I called the office had no clue either. I arrived for my pre-op exam and was told I had to pay my % immediately. I said I would pay AFTER I spoke with the Dr because I had some questions. Eventually, I was able to speak with the PA and had my questions answered even though no one can explain the discrepancies because they don't show up on my hard copy of my chart. So... anyway.... I had surgery and have never walked out of a surgical center feeling as amazing as I do! 5 stars for Dr Kang The office staff itself is takes away a
