  • Well this company just blew our appointment off again, the 4th time in about 6 weeks, even though we have a contract with them. Never a phone call to cancel, just does not show up. I think they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, Which I will on Monday and possibly call 3 On Your Sides Gary Harper. UPDATE :After receiving a message from owner Thomas and letting him know 2 weeks after his message we still had not heard from anyone, a manager finally got in touch with my husband. After my husband told him all that had gone on, much he didn't know, he sent 2 technicians to our home, and reimbursed our money for the contract.
