  • I need to try and save these guys from some pretty terrible reviews, that ALMOST had me cancelling my appointment. There is a girl on here, who accuses the vet of killing dogs and a lot of people said the dental cleaning was a 'bait and switch' operation. *i was reading this AFTER I had just purchased my $149 groupon to dental cleaning!!* I knew that extractions were extra, etc. well, I really didn't like a lot of these reviews... Because I didn't find them to be remotely true. I was trying to find the disconnect... And realized when you drop your dog off and sign off for the anasthesia, they ask you, "do you want us to treat for any NON threatening NON emergency if we can't reach you..." I'm thinking, 'oh do I want you electing to potentially spend thousands it's not completely necessary... ? I quickly and emphatically said NO! And that was it! (I listened to see what 3 other people said, and they all said yes..) I feel this could be the huge disconnect in people feeling 'ripped off' from the up charges. I promise, I went in, (being nervous after these terrible reviews..) And was met by very nice staff, and a wonderful tech girl.. Sweet blonde girl with tattoos who just LOVED my little baby Bella and promised she'd take good care of her. They told me which teeth would probably be extracted... And wrote up additional quote sheet with antibiotics.. And I opted to get a nail trim done. I was told to pick her up that afternoon. I got a call around 12.. Letting me know Bella was doing great.. And she was currently under . (I really appreciated this..) they told me that an additional molar would and should be removed. (Only because of these reviews, was I hesitant) . But they assured me, and went ahead and removed it... (It was a good choice, because the molar was rotting.. But because of these crazy reviews, I was on guard.. But shouldn't have been.). The staff brought me a fresh breathed, beautiful little baby Bella. And she was fine and happy!! Her teeth look great.. I paid like maybe $250 total. And feel good she was in good hands. I really hate what I saw in terms of reviews because they almost caused me to write the place off. But they couldn't have been more thorough and non pushy. BTW.. (Everyone says this dental is a cheap way to get clients in here to up charge. OR... They can just sell a ton of these.. (They've sold almost 800..) and make a ton of money by doing good work and getting a vet client out of it. I think it's the latter and am very happy I found them with the great groupon!!! I honestly couldn't be happier and will recommend to anyone!!
