My husband and I flew from Phoenix to Denver for Christmas with a 5 month old daughter and 2 year old son. We were supposed to fly out at about 7:30pm and after having our gate moved twice, no copilot, one ticketing agent, our flight did not leave until 10pm. The worst part was that the ticketing agent couldn't tell us if our flight would leave in 2 hours or the next day. After not getting any answers we decided to go back downstairs to the ticketing counter to try to change our flight and couldn't get anyone to speak to us. After about an hour downstairs, we received word through a fellow traveler that the flight was boarding. We had to then go back through the security and were the last to board the plane. It was then 2am before we got our luggage in Denver.
Terrible customer service- we will NEVER fly Frontier again as long as there are other great airlines to choose from like Southwest. Don't be sucked into the low fares. They charge like crazy for luggage and you can't even get a bottle of water after sitting on the airplane for 30 minutes waiting to take off. You have to pay for everything on the airline and unfortunately you get delayed flights and poor customer service in return.
