  • This review is only for Gentle Beau's alteration services, which I recommend you avoid. I had a high-waisted skirt that I wanted to take in and half the work was done well, but the top of the skirt was left as-was, meaning that there was a 2" gap between the fabric and my waist. I brought the skirt back in hoping to have that corrected and the woman was exceptionally rude and claimed that I had never asked to have that done, although it had been pinned and no one would ever want a skirt that fit so poorly. I'd taken several other garments in for alteration and the work was mediocre at best. I'd brought another skirt back because I wasn't happy with how it got (though it was wearable unlike this one) and ended up just living with it because the woman was so rude. If you don't feel like getting in a 15 minute argument (that was never resolved), don't go here. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area that are more deserving of your business.
