  • Called this company numerous times. Very hard to get a reply...keep calling finally I get an appointment. In fairness then I had to cancel as I had no one to meet him at my home but after waiting 3 weeks!!. DON'T LET ANY CONTRACTOR IN TO REPAIR WHILE YOU ARE NOT HOME. Seems logical but I know it happens. Anyway, gave these guys 24 hrs notice for cancelation and asked for another appointment. I get a text that says "very busy can't take on any more work" What reputable company sends a stupid text like that? Why be in business with an attitude like that? I'd stay clear of these folks. If they are too busy to see you they are too busy to do quality work. There are plenty of other guys that do granite work in the valley.
