  • Moving from California to Idaho in les than a week was stressful and expensive enough without the additional hair pulling and bartering that comes with dealing with truck rentals. Every time we had to deal with penske or one of its affiliates, customer service was top notch and cost very reasonable. It's like they're human! We needed to add a car carrier mid trip and they were responsive in locating one nearby and getting us hooked up very quickly and for not too many greenbacks. Would absolutely use them again. Let's just get this out there: Uhaul sucks. Every one of our experiences with them has been awful. Penske is our company now.
