  • The staff here are AMAZING!! I had purchased a pre-owned PS3 cause I still have games I like to play and my old PS3 finally started to go out. The first guy I talked to (Joseph) explained how the pre-owned systems work and got me set up. He was way cool and I had a great experience with him. Unfortunately the system was damaged so I brought it back and had another AMAZING experience!! Caitlin returned it no problems, apologized for the hassle and let me open the pre-owed PS3s to inspect and pick the replacement. These guys take customer service to the next level! I want to get back into gaming just so I have an excuse to come back, haha!
