  • Worst experience I've ever had! I have lived in several different states and never had such a poor experience. I have a 4yr old red golden retriever and this salon decided they should shave my dog when I had asked for a trim not to short and not to long. I fully understand that being a new place you have to get to know the dog and client and although I was not happy with the hair cut it was the customer service that made me never want to go back. Things happen and what I got was not what I wanted and they cut her the based on what they thought was best and what I wanted. All I wanted was the owner to acknowledge that I was not happy with the hair cut. He could not even acknowledge that I was not satisfied and kept placing blame on me the customer. I will never go back. The hair will grow back and it's not big deal but poor customer service is horrible and all they had to do was acknowledge I wasn't happy versus argue with me.
