  • Came down for dessert. Took us nearly 20 minutes to get a slice of cheesecake and a bowl of ice cream. Unbelievably slow service. The 2 servers were completely overwhelmed. Where was management? They should have been helping. Food wasn't bad and decor is cool. Bad service seems to be a theme throughout the New York New York.
