  • Joe should be given a new title of psychic realtor. He really KNOWS his stuff and is at times brutally honest, which is what you want when making one of the largest purchases of your life. He sold our old home and got us an amazing offer and we sold above the comp prices in our area. He then represented us on a purchase of a new home. When comparing new builds vs. resales in Las Vegas, he was very patient and took us to see many many houses. He never made us feel rushed or pressured us, and truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. When we started looking at new builds due to the lack of decent resale inventory at the time, he helped us understand all the pros and cons and warned us about potential issues with dealing with some of the new home builders in Las Vegas and helped compare the costs of purchasing a new home vs. resale. We went ahead and purchased a new build from Richmond American and proceeded to have problem after problem with them. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING he forewarned us of when purchasing new and dealing with these builders happened. He called every last thing, and he also went to bat for us when we needed him to. If you're looking for a GREAT realtor and want someone who will tell you like it is rather than just trying to rush you so they can collect a commission faster, look no further than Joe Radosta.
