Brought in my car and was told it would be about 2 hours. I went to ask a few minutes after the two hour mark passed how much longer it would be. "Sergio" who was less than pleasant said it wasn't ready and couldn't (or wouldn't) even give me an estimate of how much longer I had to wait. He basically brushed me off as he took out his cell phone to take a call. I was left there standing like an idiot with no info as far as the status of my car. Waited nearly another hour before my wife went to ask again. Fortunately, Trishia was 110% more helpful than the jerk I asked before. She apologized for the wait and gave us an approximate time. That's all the first person had to do. Some people go above and beyond to help customers and give good service, while others go above and beyond to act like cretins.
