  • I've been coming here for 3 years and I look forward to my visits every two weeks. The staff always greets me with friendly smiles and hello's. Tracy gives the best pedicures, and her massaging skills are amazing. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers. Most of the techs are really great too and do their best to please the customer. I appreciate the water offered when I sit down. I get gel acrylics as well every two weeks and Tina, the owner, takes care of that for me. She does a nice job and is always willing to fix something if I find it not quite right. Overall, I've enjoyed getting to know many of the technicians and look forward to visiting my "nail family" at least twice a month. I would highly recommend Pro Nails and Spa by Tina. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is sometimes they are so busy that it takes a while a get seated, and even then I have sat waiting for someone in the chair with no water in the basin for up to 20 minutes... at least let me soak my feet! There can be some occasional oversight when they get busy or don't have enough techs working.
