  • If I could give this store a negative star review, I would. I am a loyal Michaels shopper. I'm not talking about once or twice a month, more like 3-4 times a week and sometime 2-3 times a day. I love crafting, scrapbooking, knitting, crocheting, I've dipped into jewelry making and I've also taken their cake decorating classes. So I always find a reason to shop at Michaels, especially this location. Now I purchased a cricut machine there recently and upon opening my item, I noticed it was missing part of its bundle package (which is an extra charge compared to other stores) I was upset to have to go back to exchange it, but figured no big deal I'll have my new one shortly, right? WRONG! Apparently I have never noticed the extremely small sign on the cash register that states they do not do refunds or exchanges on the cricut. We were not informed when purchasing the item nor is it on the receipt. The lady was extremely condescending and did not even try to provide me with any customer service at all. All she could say was she didn't know what to tell us. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. I was disappointed at the service I received, or lack of service I should say!
