  • I had an appalling experience with this company. I initially spoke to Matthew who told me that most pest control companies could not be trusted but they would take care of me. He said he could inspect the property and provide a quote. I didn't go about contacting other companies at this time because in my mind I had already committed to this company and I don't waste people's time. Nearly 3 weeks later I was still waiting. I had called Matthew on numerous occasions and always reached the receptionist who told me Matthew wasn't there. I sent the company an email asking for their quote and mentioned I had been waiting for weeks. Then I got an abusive call from Matthew before he hung on me. I was in complete shock. I don't know how anyone can run a business like this.
