| - I brought my car in for an estimate with them (even though my insurance company already provided one), and called back to make an appointment for repair. It took me 4 phone calls and voicemails (the last one I finally had to get stern about how ridiculous it was to get someone to return a phone call for services) to get someone to call me back to schedule my repair for a month out. When I scheduled this repair the person I was communicating with asked if I needed a rental while my car was repaired, I said I did, and she said they would have one ready for me. Of course when I showed up for my appointment a month later, there was no rental car reserved for me.
My car has been with them for almost 2 weeks now, all for a simple fix of replacing a door panel and windshield (which the parts were supposed to be ordered for previously). Not once has anyone called to update me on its status. 1 week into its repair (already much longer than I anticipated this repair should take) I called for a follow up, left a voicemail, waited half the day for a return phone call with no luck. Called back again for someone to tell me they didn't have all the parts yet. Even though this was supposed to be ordered over a month ago, but it should be ready in a few days. A week later, still no attempt to contact me to update me has been made. Currently I'm waiting on someone to return my second phone call of the day. The lack of customer service, and consideration I've been shown (or not shown) is obnoxious. I certainly will not be taking my car back here ever, and am nervous to see what in the world is taking 2 weeks to replace a door panel and windshield.
