| - STAY AWAY. DIRTY SALESMEN.
I've owned/leased 3 BMW's from Chapman and this will be no longer. Upon arriving I was treated like s*** with no personnel to greet me, while receptionist is no where to be found.
I ask a gentleman for assistance and he tells me to "wait here." At this point, I'm ready to leave, but I wasted my gas and drove 38 minutes (one-way) so might as well wait.
Two minutes later, the first guy - brings a second salesman to assistance me.
As we discuss the deals I'm looking for, he asks for my BMW key fob and runs my vehicle stats. As I inquired of a BMW deal I wanted to lease (that day), I first lose his attention as he's gawking at a young girl. I pause for him to return back to reality and the gentleman then argues with me (raising his voice) that "the numbers don't add up" on a deal that he INSIST I'm lying to "get a good deal."
Mindful - an authorized BMW dealer can match from AZ / CA as they are in the same "BMW Region." - Jermey BMW HQ in New Jersey.
At this point I'm upset the way I've been insulted so I go out of my way to pull the ad from the authorized BMW dealership in California. Long behold, the lease deal I have clearly stated; matching the MSRP, tax, title, license, dealer fee, money down, monthly payment, and down payment. But wait, I thought the numbers don't add up?? No, his commission doesn't add up, high enough.
After being insulted, I begin to leave the dealership. I ask him for my key fob and he says, "I gave it back to you." After going back and forth for a minute, he checks everywhere, then returns to the 'sales managers counter' where it's in plain view for anyone to grab.
I later called to complain to the sales manager, but no returned call. I figure my voice would be better expressed with BMW HQ or BBB.
Unprofessional, rude and extremely non customer oriented. I've had WAY better customer experience at McDonalds.
I've owned/leased 3 BMW's from CHAPMAN ALONE. And the way this dealership treats customers, I'm ashamed I did business the first time.
