  • NOT recommended!!! What is wrong with this place?!?! Came here on a Wednesday with an appointment, it looked slow. They sent me to the dirty wait room said it would be "just a moment" 1 hour later my car was still sitting there! I asked for my keys back & they wouldnt let me leave. Said I was next in line, I complained thats what u said an hour ago! Just be honest & tell me ur running behind. So i could come back. Dont leave me in a nasty filthy hot wait room with hard uncomfortable plastic chairs & NO water. The bathroom is disgusting! They drove my car around so I couldnt leave. Now 2 hrs later, I am still here!!! It shouldn't take THIS long for an oil change. He got snippy with me & told me they were getting things done right. Poor customer servive. Poor crappy place! NEVER coming back!!!
