  • Came in for inside/outside. Convinced into doing $60 service, was told that wax and buffing included. Didnt see anyone with a buffer. Wax is applied to car from a bottle then wiped off. Still no buffer. Waited almost two hours for car, no big deal, just never saw the buffer. Look at the car, looks good. Check out the car later, in light. Definitely was not buffed. Staffing inside is unsure of pricing of their own services. One star for getting a clean car back, that wasn't buffed. One star for the staffing outside who kept it together even though they're were being micromanaged. One star for keeping the place clean. New management, new staff with a lot of growing pains. Hopefully, things get better but I'll be taking my coin somewhere else for an actual wax service.
