  • Stayed in Vegas this Weekend at this hotel. Awful experience. The moment we entered the room (854) the bathroom was filthy. We left and once we came back we got stuck in the elevator packed with people for about an hour! Couldn't get any air! The moment we got out they asked if we were okay and sent us back to the room and offered to give us free breakfast. As we go upstairs to our room there's FRESH blood on the sheets! We specifically told room keeping not to enter our room and then our sheets are covered in blood! We called manager and they changed the sheets and covers however they forgot to leave the extras we had ordered. Then i call for them to bring back blankets. They rudely denied my request and hung up on me. At this point i just wanted to leave. To top it off the AC made a loud noise and stopped working. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
