| - It caught my attention that this business has many reviews not recommended (a whopping 68!), although after looking through a few, I feel as though some were wrongfully misplaced by the Yelp algorithm. Well... cant get it right all the time.
Therefore, as fellow Elite member Kat B has gone about, here is another REAL review to help decide whether you should make a stop at this wonderful boba shop.
Still in the early stages of their soft opening, Tea Space has gone through a few road bumps. On my first visit, the boba was warm, melting the ice in my drink and watering down the taste. However, as I visited again in attempts to give this place another shot, it was a pleasant surprise to see the boba much softer, much smoother, and all around more fitting of a well established tea shop.
After having a few drinks as of now, I've noticed that the tea here seems stronger on the tea side, leaving more flavor to come forward and impact on the body a lot more effecting. Drinks have the taste of real ingredients and not raw powder. Always a plus in these types of establishments! I recommend their sea salt drinks and thai tea. Two thumbs up.
I always appreciate businesses who really listen to customer feedback and try to improve the quality of their product. I think it's also safe to say that the staff members are very personable. Extremely friendly and welcoming, I even ended up having a 10 minute conversation with a man I believe to be the manager of the store. Very pleasant. This is customer service rarely ever found in these grab-and-go type spots.
With a rocking collection of pop art, good location, staff, and the drive to become better, I can tell that this will be an amazing spot to hang out especially when they're at their best and officially ready to have their grand opening. Give it a shot, fellow Yelpers. :)
