  • I am never one to complain, but this is intolerable!! Ever since I signed up with Cox I have had nothing but terrible service: slow Internet (which I paid for their Super Premium service), no connection, dropped connections (which kills my virtual business) & if you try to get a hold of anyone... "Ring ring ring." As someone who has been working in the service industry for over 2 decades; if they were any of my employees/contractors I would have fired them already! Well, looks like I may be going to AT&T? COX communications.. You SUCK!
