  • Please read the reviews on Lazy Boy Corp on FB before you purchase any furniture. The service from customer care (?) is shocking. Taking the chance on furniture you order and see in the show rooms is like rolling the dice....would never have purchased had I read these reviews. I'm in the middle of a "case" with a leather chair only 14 months old and would never have believed I would have to jump through hoops to get any attention or service. The verbiage used by the reps is all the same like they are reading from a script. A constant reminder that I am not a customer or client, just a number or case number that probably won't receive "exceptional" or even "good" service once I leave the store.
