  • So unfortunate how little the employees care. My 9 yr old son went to a party in one of the rooms...he left his bag behind...contents clothes, toothbrush, iPhone. We called on the way home spoke to Katrina who promised to check the private room and get back to us...she didn't even take my number! I call back, speak to Katrina again, I advise her that she didn't take my number and to please check the PRIVATE room for the bag so I can pick it up. She refuses and insists on taking my number to call me back. Sounds assuring right? Find my iPhone says his phone is there. Feeling so reassured that they could care less, I hop back in the car drive across town to follow up...here's where it gets good. I arrive and tell them I'd like to check on the status. They tell me they've "searched" and it's not anywhere. The young man doesn't even look up from his headphones. I point to the room it was in and she tells me headphones boy cleared out that room and nothing was in it. I remind them that find my iPhone says its here and ask to check myself. I didn't even have to go inside the room to see the bag and phone! Last comical part. I hold up the bag and say "found it" and they look up from their phones...the lovely employees...look at me and look right back down at their phones. What a travesty. Didn't even apologize. That's that, I just walked out. When you don't care about your patrons, the bubble will eventually burst. Beware of inept careless employees...it appears that they believe we are sheep to be herded.
