  • Every. Single. Time. That's how often Gaucho is awesome. I work in the Strip District and I love eating meat. This means I eat there super often. And honestly. Every single time I do, it's amazing. Flavorful, perfectly cooked beef? Check. Amazing, succulent chicken? Check. Delicious and abundant sides? Check. It's always crowded but they have a nice seating area in the back now (they've expanded) and they have an equally nice patio seating area during nice weather. Some might consider it expensive when compared to other lunch or dinner dining options in the area (there's a $5 delicious pho joint right down the street,) but MAN do you get what you pay for. Go there. If the line is around the corner, which is often is, wait in it patiently. You will be rewarded with tasty meat treats.
