| - Don't waste your time and money. I ordered rock in October, the rock was delivered when promised, but the installers no showed. We rescheduled the install, the installers arrived four hours late. Dan was polite and apologetic, so when I needed more rock last week, and I wanted to make sure the rock was the same, I gave them another chance. BIG MISTAKE!!! The rock was delivered when scheduled Monday morning, but the installers no showed. Dan had no idea where they were. We rescheduled and they cancelled saying the installers' truck is broken down and they need to reschedule. I explained AGAIN I work M-F, I have dogs and an HOA, and I am not available on a weekend again for two weeks, so no, rescheduling is not an option. Dan became rude acting as if I'm the reason for their incompetence because I refuse to lock my dogs in the house all day while I'm at work for his people to not show up. He then went on to tell me he's never had a customer tell them when they can and cannot install. (I highly doubt that!) After an argument, Dan promised to refund my money for the install. That was Tuesday. It is now Saturday and I still don't have my refund despite demands for the refund!
