The nice rehab referral specialist gave us a tour of the facility. Everyone there was friendly and professional. It felt more like a private small version of a hospital. Very few patients and lots of staff. Nurses looked attentive and friendly. The therapist working with the patients even more so. I didn't know what to expect going there but we found just average normal people as patients being treated very well. The gym / therapy areas were large with many machines and devices used for physical therapy. I personally do not know how this facility would compare to today's mayo clinic style state of the art institutes but this place is defiantly much more advantaged than anything I've seen in the 90's in the Phoenix area. I think the only limiting factor is how long Access will cover treatment here. The only negative is there is no outdoor green park area to relax. Loose one star for that. Menu is the same as the typical thunderbird hospital bed service menu.
