rev:text	Sorry for this long review but I needed to tell it all... Not going to start this review with a lie... Nick has done my nails for years and even tho I was picky, he always took care of me. Now I'm updating my review because after so much time, I finally snapped. My loyalty clearly meant nothing because since the beginning, his wife Juliana had always given me dirty looks and most likely talked about me in her language.. I always ignored it until I couldn't take it anymore. I want to be mature about this and I'm not going to cuss but that lady pushed my last button. I made an appointment for a fill @5:30 I got there at 5:25 and the guy that was supposed to do my nails was helping another customer and told me "25 more min" so I asked what about my appointment? Juliana rudely replied "ITS NOT EVEN 5:30 yet" so I said well it's only 5 more min? I was tired from work so I just said okay I'll come back at 6.. Finally got my fill and I didn't like the color I chose so I asked if they could please change it. Again she rudely said "$5 more!" So I said okay that's fine.. When the girl finished painting my nails, she ruined them trying to get my payment.. I was so tired I didn't care so I just left.. I wasn't happy with my nail polish so I went in to change it the next day and as soon as I walked in, she rolled her eyes and shook her head, I looked over and said "I hope you know that I saw that and it was very rude".. She turned away and made a face to her client and the client said "oh is that the girl you told me about?" At that moment my blood was boiling. I thought, "what did I do to this lady for her to go out of her way and talk about me to other customers ! What could she possibly say!" I let nick know MANY times about how rude she was to me and he never cared, he just said to not pay attention to her.. Well sadly it was too much for me to keep putting up with it, it sucks to go find a new nail place but I couldn't stand being uncomfortable every single time I went in.. She has issues and she needs to learn what being professional means... You all may see amazing reviews because yes, they can do great nails ! But along with great nails.. There needs to be great customer service ...
