  • This is a must-do whenever we are in Vegas. Select your fish from the "market" --your server will be delighted to offer detailed explanations of the day's choices and offer suggestions for your group. While you're enjoying the perfectly prepared octopus, cucumber salad, roasted beets, and cheese saganaki, your whole fish will be encrusted in salt and cooked to delicate perfection. When ready, the waitstaff will expertly (and with a bit of showmanship) filet your whole fish tableside and portion it for the group. Yep, it's expensive--it's an experience--it's worth it.
