  • I'll start by saying my wife and I are huge fans of pho and Vietnamese food in general, and we've had pho across the country from New York to Los Angeles and San Diego. In our opinion, Pho Chandler is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Valley and will stand with the better ones anywhere in the country. The quality of the food is excellent, prices are reasonable, and service is efficient. In terms of quality, the seafood pho, for example, has real crab and scallops, and how often can you say that about a pho place (most use imitation crab and no scallops). The spring rolls are the best we've had anywhere, and the pho is consistently excellent.
