  • If there was a zero star I would have given them this. I have had USAA for over the past 5 years and I recently changed my auto and home insurance after learning how much I was overpaying for both of these. I called to cancel both of these and since then I feel like I have been jerked around in their customer service department and they are finally sending my check after calling them 5 times!
