  • Ok, Final update. In the end a tech by the name of Haim came out and replaced our mixing valve today, they gave us a discount for all mishaps of time changes and stuff. They did this on their own, I was impressed. I have to admit, I had no idea this would take as long as it did to put in. This tech worked for 3 hours straight. Professional, and when he was finished the supervisor showed up and explained how they had new person and a sick tech and that none of this was an excuse and that to this company customer service is very important and they apologized and handled it.They handled it much better than I expected and I respect them for their ownership of our concerns with the part, pricing confusion and timings. Anyone can make mistakes, but to come all the way through with action not just words, well, that is a company I will work with it. I would like to think someone would do the same with me. Also, this does come with a 2 year, parts and labor warranty. I like that, and they put it in writing. I am glad it all worked out and I look forward to using them as my plumbing company. I was thinking of removing my other reviews, but for me since I am so picking, incase someone else out there is like me, we always wonder how will someone deal with a problem, so I thought for that reason, I would leave them up so you can know, this company will deal with it, and take care of you!!!!
