  • I had an event to attend and wanted to get my nails done. I left work an hour early so that I could beat the after-work crowd. When I got there, there were already customers waiting to be seated so I asked the receptionist how long it would take to get seated for a mani/pedi. She told me it would be 30 minutes, so I decided to wait. No one spoke to me or looked in my direction for 55 minutes. Finally, I was told to go sit at one of the pedicure chairs. As I continued waiting for a nail technician, I saw a couple that came in much later than I did who were already getting their pedicures. From that point, I waited another 25 minutes and again, no one even looked in my direction. I just got up and went to the front desk to let them know that they were taking way too long and that other people were being helped before me and that I didn't have any more time to waste. I got no apology and no one tried to stop me from leaving. There are a ton of nail salons in this area, I would never return to this one.
