  • Awesome service. It was 655 last night when I called them. Knowing they closed at 7 I thought I would be stranded for the night. I was going to have to have my car towed in. When I called James Beal answered the phone. He offered me a number to a tow company they use and said it could all be on one bill. He said they close at 7 but that he would keep his tech there at the store and they would wait for me. We got the car there about 730. James jumped right on it. The belt had come off the car. After having Will look at the car they noticed that the tensioner pulley had come apart. James explained they didn't have a tensioner in stock and asked if I was able to wait around for a few minutes to see what they could do to get me back on the road. I panicked because I had no way home and had all my Christmas presents with me. A few minutes later he came out of the shop and said that I was all set. I was shocked. He explained that they went through all the pulleys they had in the back and found one that worked. They replaced the pulley on the tensioner, put the belt back on the car and made sure everything was working well. I've had bad experiences in the past at auto shops. Being a woman I always seem to be taken advantage of. But not this time. Thank you so much James and Will. I will be passing 3 other Firestone stores and countless other places to bring my car to you guys from now on.
