  • This visit to AAA Mesa office started a bit Shakey. My original visit for this issue was to transfer my personalized plates from my car that was totalled in a car accident to my new automobile. At that time I paid the transfer fee was given the new registration for my personalized plates and was advised I would get plates 4 to 6 weeks. Since that did not happen I returned to office to check status and was told new plates were not ordered since I should have plates from totalled car. Well since car was totalled that would not have been possible and no one at AAA at that point knew where the wrecked car was, since 06/10/16. The good news is the issue was resolved by the staff. I paid an small additional fee plates have been ordered and expedited and I am awaiting mailing of plates before I leave on vacation next week. Thank you to the ladies in Registration for making good on what was needed. I worked in customer service for 40 years so I realize no one is perfect but I appreciate the steps taken to resolution.
