  • I went in 15 mins before closing time on 10-14-15 in need of a tire repair. I was told that all they could do was put air in it and I would have to take it back the next morning if it went down. Where is the customer service?!?!?!? Needless to say the tire went down within 10 mins and I ended up changing it myself. HUGE FAIL!!!!! *Now I remember why I have used Discount Tire for years...they know how to take care of their customers.
