I just don't know what went wrong with this place. I mean by Buffet Standards it was Ok. I expected more, a lot more from a buffet of this caliber. You're at the Wynn for crying out loud. Some of the food was decent, but they didn't have much of a selection. Not compared to the other buffets that I have been too.
Most of the food was of high quality. On the other hand, lets take the sushi for example, they only had 2 different types and 1 was a california. Sushi seems to be a staple in most buffets in Las Vegas. The sushi also looked as if it came pre-packaged from a grocery store. I'm not kidding it looked like grocery store sushi and tasted about the same.
The redeeming light about the whole buffet was the dessert. Mainly the cookies. I don't know what they did to them, but they were delicious. And cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside while soft in the middle.
Overall, the buffet is overpriced...
