  • If there was a zero star, I would use that. my RV was broken in to while stored here. They took the Thermostat???...and satellite TV receiver. My propane was also turned on and the hose was disconnected. Luckily it didn't explode. When I called to report the burglary, I got the standard "well, there really is nothing we can do". No empathy or even a call from the owner. I stored my RV there for 2 months and this happened. I was told there was no burglary reported there in 4 years prior. No cameras, no surveillance, no protection at all. Very poor service, very poor response, and even worse protection for such expensive RV's.
