  • I had the worst experience here. The normal manager was not there as I have been here before. I told them when they greeted me that I wanted the same oil as last time. There was only 1 car ahead of me and they were already working on it. 4 guys working there, so thought I would be in and out in no time. After waiting 35 minutes, they finally came and asked me what kind of oil I want in my car. I told them the same as last time. The guy finished up, closed my hood, and immediately got into my car without washing his hands. He got engine dirt grime all over my light gray fabric on my door, my seat, and also the other front door and seat from vacuuming with dirty hands!!!! I have a brand new vehicle that was spotless with I arrived. It took them 45 minutes to do the oil change, got my car dirty, and then when I called back to complain, he said to use a wet paper towel and that should get rid of the grime. WFT! They lost me as a long-time customer.
